and it's why when i had done the DD on those *bogus* 12,500 in *volume* made to look like Gilardi
was actually selling .. (they weren't) ..

How can you be sure that Gilardi is not selling?? I seem to recall that you made an inquiry to them...and that they stated they were not selling... Why do they have to tell you the truth??

This regular occurrence of 12,500 "trade" is very suspicious if you ask me... and why do you believe that it's a bluff of some sort?? What seeming advantage would one have (and who or what is this entity that may believe there is an advantage) by creating the BELIEF that they ARE selling as opposed to NOT selling this 12,500 mark?? I don't understand your take on this...please explain.. TIA

Isn't Gilardi the group that is holding the 3mil shares from the lawsuit??/ Is this the same lawsuit that nobody can seem to lay claim to?? And if they were selling....who would stop them from doing so ...if nobody else can lay claim to these shares??? Has anyone actually qualified for a claim to these shares??? I seem to recall...very little is actually working out for shareholders.
