Your wording is biased. Getting investors is business. Misleading those investors to keep them and attract new ones is a scam. I believe Benny has mislead us on multiple occasions.
As to your question. We all plan to "scalp" (trade) a stock at some point. My target may be reached tomorrow, yours in 5 years. Neither is any more ethical nor honorable then the other.
