I don't mind stating that I was the first individual to introduce Liquidmetal Technologies to utilizing liquidmetal to form pressure gauge bourdon tubes and diaphrams many, many years ago in 2007. Even brought a customer to the Company to pursue this. Unfortunately, the company management, and, in particular, in the R&D arena, Andy Waniuk put this inception of a product project to an early death. (READ: shipping crap machinery to SAGA in Italy during our LSI joint venture). Interesting that the concept keeps coming back years later.
