You're correct in the assessment (the decision previous and present investors chose) and this isn't a "loss" for me (well maybe, $9.95). IDGC isn't the only board that I've made posts on and won't be the last. And like I said, warning perspective investors of the shortcomings of a failed company and CEO with "FACTS" and true DD about past, present and future DD is nothing more than right. And my balance sheet is green not red, lol.
