If one is applying downward force to an object that is seeking equilibrium at a higher level what happens when that downward force is removed? Some might say technical levels are equilibrium levels. As a child might hold a ball under water and let it go it will pop to surface and some time break the surface if held down low enough.
Where is equilibrium point one might ask. What forces are holding down, what could release these forces allowing it to surface? One can look at charts and know them very well but one must know the framework, the topography of forces that are making the chart look as it does. Charting is great it tells one where has been very well and how much force
will it take to affect positive change. In some way the chart may influence SD rock p r ice as many traders might think in a particular situation we pull buy trigger at 50d MA for instance. The ball hits the surface and stops or bounces up.
Ha ha sorry for the beer soaked diatribe.
What I really mean to say is I think AVXL trade price is been in held down so the market markers best clients can load their boats.
