It sure seems that way but it;s has seen this way before. ...But it's nearing the end of 2015 and me thinks some progress is finally being made toward a conclusion.

Also if you watch this puzzle logically and they really moving to a positive conclusion like real production a real company like CES...they will need certain pieces to complete the puzzle.
The patent is one piece unless it all grouped together when they state IP in PR...IMO if they had it it would be great news in that PR..
