That is such a false argument. Based on your argument, premium will not be greater than 200% - ok I tend to agree. But where in your argument do you address the PPS not skyrocketing based on the rumor?

We're at $2 today. We will not be sold for more than $5 TODAY. But if there is a legit rumor that Pfizer is in BO talks with AMRN, PPS may hit double digits in a week and 200% premium of that will be in the $30s.
