...ok capv guys, w 15 mil float, which probably and is trading like a 5 mil float or so right now...BUT factor in the mm's need some shares just to trade with. The top 4 or 5 mm's probably would need at last 500,000 at all times, just cause what if big news does hit? The ask would be smashed...and they would need shares to offer.

Anyways.....CAPV is trading, incredibly, at almost a penny difference now on L2: factoring in the above the float may be closer 3 mil truly tradeable? i dont know....but if just 5 guys hit ask for even just 100,000 shares each last ten minutes -- who knows what may happen, then if we lock our shares GTC for 60 days too, boom.

Sure traders may sell-off...but i suspect a few whales are holding.....and that most are in free shares.....so this could keep going with the Hard Rock Cafe potential in Oct PR.
