bulls might like a fed can kick rumor...

fwiw, 2min Awe started rising again @ 12:48
with 2min ADX starting to converge.

but STO/RSI still rising on rallies
with MF dropping and A/D sideways on upticks.

could go either way from here.
but my hunch is downward unless bots kick in.
rallies don't have much power yet
and aren't moving much upward.

EDIT: more upward strength now, since 12:52 candle...
