I would like 50% of the cash and 25% of earnings. From what I understand they have a lot of vacant buildings and are not using them. If they wanted to expand they would have done so by now? TBH, I rather have 75% buy-out. NUIN does not feel as safe as HERB. Feels like anything can happen
