In response to your question, my belief is LQMT IS DOING EXACTLY WHAT APPLE TELLS THEM TO DO, and , whatever "it" is ,
"it " will be done or known months before YOUR PREDICTION of September 2016.
(And "it " won't have anything to do with bankruptcy as long as LQMT follows whatever APPLE tells them to do as per their mutual agreement).
