Why is Escue Energy keeping eDoorways DTC CHILL?

If it is alleged that ESCU is a brand spanking new company why does the SEC Form S-1 show the same DTC Chill that eDoorways had?

This alleged new company per the November 2015 OtcMarkets financials is showing a DTC Chill
