Why do you think it's only Fearon and Tick who received these extra shares? From what i can see Henry Ngan "only" has 115k shares. Zhong has 80k shares and P'an has 100k. If i was a director i would be happy to lend the company 60k $ for a 12% interest and 200k shares :) especially if i knew there was a potentiell buy-out?

Am i missing something?
