Because of FINRA. REGULATIONS can not say too much on 3 party regarding forward looking statements. Would not be proper to say we met with the FDA they loved our data and green lighted us for Ph3. Just say moving forward. The market read that as FDA liked the data. This was not a OK to go to Phase III after completion of Phase 2 this was OK to go earlier and confirmed company had good results interim in Phase 2 and trial was well designed. Good enough to start Phase 3 before finishing Phase 2. Read between the lines this was huge.
