For you Johnny-come-latelys, IDOI sank to a .0001 and then did a 1/30
reverse split and proceeded to march right back down into the cellar.
Why? Because there is nothing here. The much heralded magshoe was
simply a metal detector which absolutely would not work in airports,
prisons, business security. Possibly, if you put the thing on wheels,
you could do some beachcombing with it. Besides, there is now no one
to build them and no place to build them. Save your money and just get
a good laugh out of this pathetic excuse for a stock. LOL
