Hey tech the OS WENT UP NOT DOWN. What they are really doing is diluting while telling you they are retiring shares lol. Even if they did retire those 700 million restricted shares. That is bad news not good. Those restricted shares were shares that the goof crew owned. If they retired there own shares it was because they saw no present worth nor did they see any worth for them in the future lol. So they retired them only so they can have an extra 700 million shares to dilute into the float lol. C'mon this not rocket science. Ugh.
