That isn't exactly true about the 700 mill shares back in April. They stated back in April they were putting to rest the 700 mill restricted shares, yes, they did do that. But what made this pr different was that they finally were able to file the paperwork with the SEC to officially do that. That being said, I really don't know what the hell the problem is? They state in one pr they want to put to rest the restricted shares and in the last pr they show they finally did put to rest the restricted shares and reducing the outstanding shares WITH the SEC's blessing. SO there is a difference.
