Many were up in arms over the trial design-not being double blinded, small sample size etc.-not recognizing that this was part of the process to get the drug to market quicker; not pump up meaningless results.

The FDA is actually doing a lot right now to make things more practical and get medications to the market in a way that makes more sense.
