In the #8 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Anstalt attorney Eliezer Drew, it set the response due date as 10/11/16... Eliezer failed to re-file #9 Motion for Summary Judgment... instead filing supporting documents for #8...

"The 10/29/15 "***NOTICE TO ATTORNEY TO RE-FILE DOCUMENT - DEFICIENT DOCKET ENTRY ERROR. Notice to Attorney Eliezer Drew to RE-FILE Document 9 MOTION for Summary Judgment."

While #8's response due date is 10/11/16, it was filed on 10/27/15, and was immediately followed by #9 with a response due date of 11/10/15... I suspect the attorney transposed day/month in #8 and then filed #9 with the response date they wanted... but with #9 being terminated, and their not re-filing #9 as directed by the judge, but in support of #8, the response date is now 10/11/16...
