You can't because it does not exist!!!!
A motion for summary judgement is filed to ask judge to make a ruling prior to a trial if facts are undisputed. In this cas plaintiff is asking judge to rule based upon the notes, lack of payment & lack of issuance of the stock. Supported by affidavit from none other than President Mike Holley of TBEV!!!!

No answer has been filed by TBEV!!!!
