DonoE, i am shocked by such a trial strategy. I have to confirm this is the protocol as it makes no sense from a trial perspective. Everything is being bet on the PFS as primary endpoint. IMUC says the FDA would not give them PFS as any endpoint under their SPA as they didn't think it was a valid measure of survival for GBM. I read an article few months ago that pointed out that PFS was not a good predictor of survival also. Now I understand why the shorts are fearless. Unbelievable. NW is really out of his mind.
