I think Wave Systems needs to file a NT 10-Q non-timely, filing today (one business day after) their last last-day (Nov 16), and are encouraged to also send a PR stating the reason they missed.

THEN, they have 5 business days to file a plain old 10-Q. If they do this there's no penalty, and all's forgiven.
