Seems as if this venue was made for short sellers

How do you figure that? The short volume has decreased ~80% since last Tuesday, and there's very little room for it to continue down, so very little incentive for shorts to hang around much longer, especially given the HUGE risk they're now taking if/when the share price jumps back up. They can lose 100%, 200%, 300% or more due to an unexpected press release or coverage in the mainstream press.
