I'm an investor in CTKH like yourself. Like yourself, I believe Mr. Hilal is and has dedicated his life to CTKH. The potential this company has remains promising IMO. I agree with your approach (as well as others) to not castigate a company in which I hold shares with.

However, the fact remains that to date, Mr. Hilal has not created the shareholder value that falls under one of the primary responsibilities of being a CEO. He has verbally committed himself to create this value on multiple occasions. From what I know, Mr. Hilal is a goal oriented man and a brilliant scientist. His life is very focused on the scientific elements of his business. But, his ability to run the business aspect might be...shall we say...not one of his strong points.

I think it is fair to say that any shareholder would be discouraged at how recent events have unfolded. Primarily, the incongruent nature between the PR's and the actual numbers that were recently disclosed. Some of it reeks with deception.

I'm going to visit my parents in California in August. I plan on stopping over in Las Vegas (if this is the location) to attend the meeting. I suspect Mr. Hilal will be inundated with questions. These will be tough questions (as they should be)!

It would be ideal if he answers these questions willingly, forthrightly, and without his attorney whispering in his ear.

We're all in this boat together...there's no reason to try and sink it (not directed at you End2War).
