1. Why, if 2-73 and 3-71 are the next cure for various CNS diseases, would the original inventors sell them to Anavex and not stay involved with the company?



I may be wrong but I think I saw somewhere that the inventor of 2-73 still gets a percentage of the profits if and when 2-73 makes it to market.
