Ohhhh yeah for sure Marc is the "best CEO ever"... From the latest 10Q:

"As management was unable to secure additional financing and/or extend the payoff date for its convertible debt holders, the Company may ultimately file for bankruptcy. Since the dates to make the required contributions for the equity investment in the prior year were not met, the Company’s interest was diluted to 20%"

Yep Marc failed again and again and again over the years, no wondering why he was unable to secure additional financing!!

And think about it longs... Do you sincerely think Marc is in good position to hit the jackpot with the asset selling?!?
