Perhaps the ASM was set on 12/29/15 to allow for a full release of the promised news? Certainly if substantial progress is occurring, scheduling the annual shareholder meeting at the end of December would put the Board in the best light. I am remaining cautiously optimistic since we are now receiving regular news releases. I am still waiting for BPTH to "show me" but I am beginning to believe we are going to see something meaningful by the end of the year.

Hopefully next year we will all attend the ASM because we scheduled our party.
