Thank you for your email. Our reorganization department is working with the DTC and the transfer agent regarding this issue. The DTC is in the process of requesting the physical certificates from the agent so that you may receive the restricted PAIV shares. There is no further action required on your part. If we do need anything further we will send you an email.
