Unbelievable! The question here is why are they doing that? It it was money they lost I could understand their attempts to delay, but that is money deposited to them by DTCC.

Only theory I can come up with is that there are many more shareholders to pay to than the ones they have the money for. Unregistered shares? Shorts?

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
