You might be right that no futility halt was recommended by way of showing Les loaned money but I doubt Les would ever know about that. I don't think he would be part of any steering committee, and if a futility halt rec occurred and all NWBO directors were told of it it would be material at that point and have to be PRed imo.

Yes Voltaire is good stuff. Nice quote. I prefer Nietzsche and Hume though for overall works.
