That is super reasonable- 100% agree. GE said they were starting with "as many as 10 machines" initially, ramping up over several years.

By the end of 2015, the plant could have as many as 10 printing machines with the potential to grow to more than 50 printers and occupy a third of the facility at full capacity. http://www.geaviation.com/press/other/other_20140715.html



Honestly, they might even be waiting for the next-gen machines (like MetalFab :) ) for future-year purchases, which, from what Mark and Additive Industries have said, will indeed come with PrintRite inside.
