Exactly the point i'm making. Financing pretty much allways happens to the downside of price range as possible. So anyone interested in participating in the financing isn't about to push the stock up by buying into the open market. Hence the stock is temporarly underperforming even in the face of consistantly good news.

There will definitely be some accredited investors participating, some of them will also be brokerage found, but for very large financings like $2mill, there's no chance brokers aren't going to participate to a large degree if you hope to get this one done. You also need the help from these brokerage houses to help create your market after the financing deal, the two usually go hand in hand. No one wants to burn bridges with financings. So it's usually in your best interest to get them participating if they show desire to do so.

The short position on this is allways very small. Generally no more than 50,000 shares on average. It reaches 100,000 on the very odd occasion but usually gets covered within a couple days. It would have minimal bearing on the present stalemate. It's almost certainly financing related manipulation keeping us in stalemate.
