myp, yes, we are waiting for WMILT quarterly expense report that is several weeks past due which will be very telling. I believe it would tell us what we want to hear so that is the reason for delay in my view. Also, the 8k of 10/13 left too many open windows and did not at all sound like that deal was over rather delayed so any day.
