The proof IS in the pudding. And the pudding is controlled data. And I just showed controlled data with a WTL loaded DC vaccine in ND-GBM patients that showed worse PFS data than control and the same OS.

Knowing 3 or 4 people with great prognoses that lived longer than historical controls, when the rest of the patients have died, doesn't tell you much. The median OS for the Direct trial is 16 months btw. And some number of these patients were stage III ("locally advanced"). Also ECOG 0-1.

Not seeing it. Maybe P2 will show better.

But as far as the DCVax L P3 it's almost certain to fail. Theoretically it shouldn't work, and the only controlled data out there (AV0113 vs control) showed worse PFS than control and no diff between groups for OS.

The odds the P3 will be stat sig are worse than 100-1 imo.
