I think precisely that since Cogstate and Neuronetrix want to promote and sell their products is the reason that I take their endorsements strongly.

They cannot afford to have their names associated with a sham or shoddy trial with questionable data. The reputational harm would be immense.

To me if they had *any* hint of impropriety with the trial or data, they would completely shy away from any mention of it. But instead they are named personally on the presentation and have given positive comments.
