We expect the study to be completed in line with expectations. There can be no assurance that the Study will be successfully completed or that Sysmex will enter into additional agreements to jointly develop with us the Products or that such a manufacturing/license agreement will ever be consummated or that the Products will ever be commercially sold by Sysmex.

If anyone believes this post contains anything false, tortious or libelous, please point it out. I will promptly retract it and apologize or else explain why I believe you are wrong.
