Dell, HP caught telling customers not to upgrade to Windows 10

I bought a new HP laptop last month and this wasn't my experience at all. As a matter of fact, the HP tech who helped me with the already installed Windows 10 was located in the Philipines and spoke Bristol English (for a change), a supervisor called me back the next day to make sure everything was ok.
