Uptick rules is in place because of Fridays big drop so HFT. Is muted in fall. Traders have low reward high risk in short trade here low risk high reward in long trade. I expect it to trade up but might have a little bit down first if sellers from Friday are not through
selling. Also news was good company continues progress at an accelerating rate. But I would expect it to rise on no news as well. Remember traders play it both ways when stock is rising they close short and go long.
