Now look at the first item of the third row where it says "DOT Awards Baltia Frequencies" .

This is interesting because we all saw the DOT request that Baltia filed with DOT for the frequency allocation (expedited request); could that mean that we did indeed successfully complete the mini? When the mini evac is on the second row of tasks in the fifth column, the third row, first item says "DOT Awards Baltia Frequencies"...

If Baltia is requesting that DOT adjudicate its Frequency Allocation request, can we infer that we must have got a PASS for our mini evac and successfully completed presidential review?

Please look at that checklist very carefully. Look at row two in its entirety and look at the first item in row three..."DOT Awards Baltia Frequencies"

Did we request that because we know we successfully completed mini evac?
