AZcowboy, excellent communication and explanation of one very important fact. Now this delay is not done without reason as everything that is done in this case has been executed very carefully and then all of a sudden a delay in reporting an ACTIONABLE event is very telling that this is also planned for reason.

The 10/13/2015 8K explaining an event that has already been explained numerous times in filings regarding normal expenses related to an acquisition so this 8K had to mean something much more whether that is good, bad or indifferent.

It could be the 8K was a shot across the bow indicating someone was not following through on something that was agreed to which could mean a litigious event which also means it could still be settled with an acquisition but only time will tell.

To me, there is absoulutely no reason for this purposeful delay UNLESS there is much more coming very soon. Be on the lookout for a possible 8K filing tonight or one day early next week.
