Working? All MVTG units are working, they have proved that.
They are all demonstration units as well as lab units, they have the "demonstration" part covered.
Now here is the rub, "to scale" must refer back the rest of the sentence that claims that MVTG does not have any working demonstration units which we all know is clearly not the case, as Alstom would never have partnered up with MVTG if that were true.
Also I am not sure what the point is of referring to "scale" units for working demonstration units? Scale what?
Clarity is of the utmost importance in these statements.
