To the positive

Nice to see "something" going on in the company and the shareholders advised. Touche' for those company posts, some sales movement. Possible upgrades in the works also up the road.

To the negative

Another two months for the merger while they still put the pieces together.
No major sales projections to date.

There must be a lot more going on with this merger then is let on. For something that "should" have been completed 6 months ago and it drags on and on and on. Very uncomfortable with this. Now another two months. Would not be surprised if the delay continues past that at this rate. Note nothing from the company WHY this is taking this long.
