That's all 100% nonsense; ginned up by the same people who called Serafini Esq. a perjurer and incompetent, haven't filed a single report in 6 1/2 years, never bought a single share of their own company, keep the TA tightly gagged, owe 10s of thousands in recorded judgments, face at least another $500,000.00 in upcoming judgments, and cannot prove they have any sales, any working equipment or even own the land they led everyone to believe was theirs.

These are the same people who told investors they would be making millions per month. Instead the PPS has fallen 85% since they abandoned their sole asset, the patent and tried to defraud the company lender.
