Let me get this straight, you saying that NWBO NEEDS Cognate but Cognate doesn't need NWBO, because if that is the case then with such an imbalance any aspect of fairness or a symbiotic relationship is out the window and Cognate the manufacturer can do anything it wants. Now where I come from typically the startup contracts with an outside manufacturing co. to make the product at win win terms, but that isn't what you are saying, is it? Can you say lopsided!
