Usually a slow walk down is followed by a rapid fall (19 out of 20 times in my experience). Bear raid. However, they usually bounce back fairly rapidly too. I think they are designed to shake weak hands out of shares and trigger some stops.

Good to welcome the bear with some dry powder.
