Put it before ANY Jury and this Wolf things the outcome would be GUILTY of Absolute Abuse of the System! So you're OK with FOUCH converting nearly 3 Million of his convertible preferred shares in Q2 for what was likely well in excess of $1 Million on VOIS Shareholders Backs?
READ the Filing... Fouch received $1,700,000 (and that's only what went on the Books) in compensation. FYI, Driscoll received the same, as well as a host of OTHER reported different and various forms of compensation.. In Total, between Fouch and Driscoll we're talking about Multiple Millions during a One Year Contracted period... they've milked VOIS to the MAX....
