Market Cap is all that matters.

Think of this stock as having 10 million shares outstanding at $1 dollar per share.

Or think 100 million shares outstanding at .10 cents.

It is all the same.

Many very large companies have more shares outstanding then this one does.

Might I suggest you take a few economics courses and educate yourself.
