Please provide the linky where CRGP announced it had submitted a corporate action request to FINRA for the merger. Without that, the CRGP shares stay where they lay - in your accounts. Until sold.

"Buy outs" and their amounts are not some nebulous range. The company being sold, announces the exact share tender amount for the shares. Please provide the linky where CRGP announced the "exact" amount SHs would be getting for their shares. It's also information they would have to provide FINRA in the corporate action request.
