When you add to that the fact that some of the winks and nods are coming from "investors" who have actively participated in Private Placements (PPs) from Wave Systems, the plots get thicker. The names and associations of those involved in this latest "loan" are available in the public SEC documents.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
