I will add that during the first review period, the response from Andy was always 'we are working with FDA to provide additional info' or 'we are hoping to meet with FDA to discuss...'. Never were the rejections made public by the company. The only reason I believe this occurred is because BIEL was careless with their security to their site. A few shareholders were able to view the rejection letters - which we should not have had access to - and we let the company know, mainly to tell them to tighten the security.

After we began to ask questions, Andy then stated that Acti and Allay had been rejected. But I have my doubts if he every would have said anything - just stringing along the shareholders - if we wouldn't have called him on it.
